Infringement of Trademark
It has brought to our attention that there are some sellers illegal uses our SAFE-D-LOCK name and materials to promote their products online.
Kindly be reminded, any use of our trade marks which is not part or permitted use by Value-Tech Products Sdn Bhd in accordance to Trade Mark Act 1976 can be considered as an infringement of our trademarks by the virtue of Section 38 of the Trade Mark Act 1976.
